"New to town, and picked this office out of the blue. Had a small issue with my renter's policy, and Tori was SUPER helpful. Had to correct something on the policy, and then there was a problem with the post office delivery. Tori was super helpful throughout, got me everything I needed, and was very professional and timely in her responses and actions. Tori salvaged what was turning into a not so great experience, into a very pleasant and positive experience. I highly recommend."

"I have been a customer of this insurance agent for one year, referred by friends. Every three months, I receive a new statement, and my insurance premiums increase each time. Initially, the agent communicated directly with customers, but once he secured the business, he started relying on his team to handle inquiries. If you ask specific questions, the responses often lack clarity. I’m disappointed with how this agent treats customers, especially considering I have both home and auto insurance with them. If you’re considering doing business with this agent, think twice."
